S.C. Arggo Software Development & Consulting S.R.L., cu sediul social in Bulevardul Aviatorilor 47, etaj 4, Bucuresti, avand punct de lucru in Bulevardul Aviatorilor 47, etaj 4, Bucuresti. Pentru organizarea evenimentelor, in temeiul executarii obligatiilor contractuale care rezulta din completarea formularelor de participare, Arggo prelucreaza datele dumneavoastra personale, furnizate in formular. Datele solicitate in formularul de inregistrare sunt necesare inscrierii la eveniment, accesului persoanelor inscrise la evenimentul pentru care s-au inscris. Arggo nu va vinde, inchiria sau oferi sub orice forma adresa dumneavoastra de e-mail sau orice alta informatie cu caracter personal. Datele dumneavoastra personale sunt prelucrate in cadrul Arggo de catre angajatii companiei care detin drept de acces la acestea pentru organizarea evenimentului. in acest sens, angajatii comunica informatii prin e-mail in cadrul companiei, respectiv prin intermediul furnizorului de mail al companiei Microsoft iar stocarea informatiilor sub forma listelor cu participanti si alte elemente necesare organizarii evenimentelor sunt stocate in platforma Microsoft Dynamics. Politica de confidentialitate si politica de transfer a datelor de la nivelul Google LLC se aplica datelor prelucrate la nivelul Arggo.

Intentionam sa utilizam datele dumneavoastra de contact in scop de marketing direct pentru a comunica noutati despre evenimentul la care v-ati inscris, si pentru a comunica potentiale modificari ale coordonatelor evenimentului.

De asemenea, va informam ca aveti urmatoarele drepturi in legatura cu datele personale care va apartin si pe care ni le-ati furnizat: dreptul de acces la datele dumneavoastra personale, dreptul la rectificarea sau stergerea acestora, restrictionarea prelucrarii sau a dreptului de a va opune prelucrarii, dreptul la portabilitatea datelor, precum si dreptul de a depune o plangere in fata autoritatii de supraveghere (ANSPDCP). Va informam ca, in baza interesului legitim al Arggo, evenimentele organizate pot fi inregistrate, de un partener contractual al companiei, in relatie cu care ne-am asigurat ca prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal este realizata sub autoritatea noastra si exclusiv pentru scopul si durata stabilita de catre Arggo prin contarctul incheiat cu partenerul care realizeaza inregistrarile video. Va informam ca in virtutea dreptului de acces, puteti solicita o copie a inregistrarilor care va vizeaza, trimitand o solicitare scrisa in acest sens pe adresa office@arggo.com. in masura in care transmiterea inregistrarii este posibila (nu vom putea da curs solicitarii dumneavoastra daca nu apar si alte persoane in cadru si nu putem anonimiza imaginea acestora in cadrul inregistrarii), va onoram cererea in termen de maxim 30 de zile de la data primirii solicitarii. Totodata, va aducem la cunostinta ca stocam inregsitrarile video pentru o perioada limitata de timp, respectiv 10 ani. Dupa trecerea acestei perioade, inregistrarile vor fi sterse din evidentele companiei urmand ca orice solicitare ulterioara sa fie imposibil de onorat. Va informam, de asemenea, ca in baza interesului legitim al Arggo, desfasurarea evenimentelor organizate este fotografiata de un partener contractual al companiei, in relatie cu care ne-am asigurat ca prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal este realizata sub autoritatea noastra ti exclusiv pentru scopul si durata stabilita de catre Arggo prin contractul incheiat cu partenerul care realizeaza fotografiile. Va informam ca in virtutea dreptului de acces, puteti solicita copii de pe fotografiile care va vizeaza, trimitand o solicitare scrisa in acest sens pe adresa office@arggo.com. Totodata, va aducem la cunostinta ca stocam imaginile foto pentru o perioada limitata de timp, respectiv 10 ani. In cazul in care nu sunteti de acord cu prelucrarea imaginii dumneavoastra prin inregistrare video sau fotografiere si postarea fotografiilor si/sau a inregistrarii video in care imaginea dumnevoastra a fost captata, pe websiteul Arggo www.arggo.com, pe blogul companiei si/sau pe paginile de Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, LinkedIn ale acesteia, va rugam sa ne contactati utilizand informatiile de contact enumerate, iar Arggo va raspunde solicitarii dumneavoastra in termen de o luna de la primirea acesteia, eliminand din mediul online indicat imaginea dumneavoastra.

In cazul participantilor online la eveniment, pentru scopul promovarii prin diseminare, evenimentele vor fi inregistrate insa dvs. aveti posibilitatea de a va conecta cu functiile audio si video dezactivate astfel ca vocea si/sau imaginea dvs. nu vor fi captate prin inregistrare. in cazul in care decideti totusi sa va activati aceste functii, vom considera aceasta manifestare de vointa drept consimtamantul dvs. pentru inregistrare. Puteti decide in orice moment sa va retrageti consimtamantul prin dezactivarea functiilor, retragerea producand efecte din acel moment. Beneficiati de drepturile de acces, rectificare, stergere, restrictionare, portabilitate, opozitie, dreptul de a nu fi supus unei decizii individuale automate si de a va adresa Autoritatii Nationale de Supraveghere a Prelucrarii Datelor cu Caracter Personal si instantelor competente, in cazul in care considerati necesar.

C. Transferul responsabilitatii completarii prezentului formular

In situatia in care prezentul formular este completat de catre un reprezentant al companiei pentru mai multe persoane sau in situatia in care reprezentantul ce completeaza formularul nu este acelasi cu cel ce este inscris la eveniment, avand in vedere ca Arggo se afla in imposibilitatea practica de a informa persoana/persoanele inscrisa/e privind termenii si conditiile prezentului formular si privind prelucrarea datelor, responsabilitatea informarii revine reprezentantului companiei ce completeaza formularul.

D.   Anularea participarii

In cazul in care doriti sa renuntati la participare, avem rugamintea sa notificati echipa organizatoare la adresa   office@arggo.com pana cel tarziu cu trei zile inainte de data evenimentului.
